We provide information referrals, and case management services such as clothing, food boxes, gender-specific hygiene backpacks, and blankets through our Homelessness Outreach Services. We offer teens a safe and confidential space for teens to feel valued, heard, and have a voice through our virtual support groups. Through our homeless crisis case management program, we provide crisis intervention services that support those teens who are struggling with substance abuse, and sexual assault, as well as providing prevention education to ensure safe living. Our advocates partner with local homeless coalitions to provide direct support intervention services to homeless teens. The adults are encouraged to participate in other services offered to prevent future homelessness. We partner with Metrocare to provide other mental health services not provided by First Choice Social Services.
