First Choice Social Services Response to COVID-19

Navigating through a pandemic such as COVID-19 can be extremely stressful for the offenders of domestic violence and their families. There has been a noticeably increase in the number of domestic violence-related calls, referrals, and cases.

First Choice Social Services is committed to ensuring the safety and sustainability of our clients and their families during these challenging times. By adhering to CDC guidelines and providing virtual educational groups, counseling, and other services, First Choice Social Services will continue in our efforts to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

First Choice Social Services continues to connect client’s and their families with COVID-19 resources that include.

• COVID-19 Resource Case Management – Case Management is available for those clients and their families in need of basic emergency assistance, COVID- 19 related information on testing sites, and emergency shelters.
• Emergency COVID-19 Supplies – Supplies include masks and bottles of hand sanitizer
• Emergency Clothing and Infant Clothing Closet
